Wednesday (whatever that is) is as good a day for a proper grump
because I'm freshly back from the doctor's office and a diagnosis of moderate arthritis in my left elbow. Not a great deal to be done. There's physical therapy, and a brace. Have instructions for the PT, and some complimentary surgical tube. On the plus side (I guess?) the x-ray technician remembers me. Pretty much the same arthritis that took both knees and a foot.
Arthritis is a pain. Lift your full pint (for the weight) Guinness with your left hand. Exercise, sedate, exercise, sedate.
