Texas sized icicle.

I can understand guitar players wanting to get their “tone” standing in front of a loud amp. Interacting with the amp through touch sensitivity and feedback helps inspire better playing.

For me, proper monitoring is very important.

Yup, my all time favorite tone is a cranked old straight Marshall, never liked pre and master volume amps.

So with the vehicle transfer comes insurance premiums. They get you coming and going.

I got my car insurance renewal yesterday. It made me think, why do I have to pay so much when I’m driving ten times less distance due to covid. I used to drive 30,000 a year, now I’m lucky if I break 3,000.

I got a discount part of the year last year due to Covid and lack of driving, I leave it insured even though I'm out here although I did expect to go back last April.

Damned no-edit function. :rollno:

Here's how it's supposed to go:

Ha ha ha ha. You call that an icicle?

Why can't you edit? I can for up to about a day now, when they first changed it was only open for an hour. I liked the old way, I used to edit some month old posts when I'd re-read them and realize I had left out a crucial word or something.

That's what you guys get for being cheapskates. Has it always been that way for ahem...... We used to be able to edit for an unlimited time until fairly recently.
It used to be unlimited for everyone. Then they changed it 1/2 an hour. Then made this last change.. I can’t seem to find the rule about editing.

When they first changed it to a half hour or an hour, i thought something was wrong and asked one of the mods and he told me that he though the window was too narrow and they were going to give us more time, a few weeks later it ended up being about a day for supporting members, maybe a little longer.

Sorry couldn't resist.
I was a supporting member from the beginning, but these days, as I have nothing to sell in the Classifieds, this non-income producing GOF is cutting back on non-essentials.
