Well, thank you so much Amazon Prime! I turned on my TV and switched to HDMI Port2 for the Amazon Fire Stick I use for streaming. A big fanfare and announcement ........"please wait while we install the new,
improved Fire software." It gets done installing and now the entire format is screwy. All my main favorites are tiny icons. Featured shows and specials are large.
Nothing is where it's supposed to be!
Then when I was done with the Fire stick, my one voice command--
my ONE VOICE COMMAND-- I use-- "HDMI1" to return to the cable box-- and Fire software says, "Sorry device not recognized. We can't carry out your request." ????????!!!!!!!!????? And this is an update by Amazon for an Amazon product that I use on an Amazon remote for ONE voice command? I can't undo the "upgrade." Now I have to call Amazon to find out why its software doesn't recognize it's own remote control voice commands. Sheesh. that makes me grumpy!
