Yeah.. but you know that that Class D mower ain't got the mojo of a Cast iron lead sled!
Ridiculous to have a steam powered mower...I don't have a stream powered lawn
Ohhhh my, a class D hater. It's got more mojo that the stupid self propelled alleged 6.5 HP mower, and takes less effort to use, not to mention schlep. Stupid 4 cyl with a sharp blade will die out if I don't carefully make relief cut every 6 ft. 3" wider, but takes longer.
Is there a GOF support group for gall stone sufferers? "Rate your feeling of pain on a scale of 0 to 10?" I gave it a 9.5. Spent 15 hours in ER while the staff paged consulting physicians to decide what was wrong with me.

Today my pain isn't so much physical as it is financial. I got in a fender bender today on the freeway (not so free today) three cars. Mines the worst for wear but drove home. The cow catcher on the front (I was the a-holee) that collected two beamers in front of me. Seems they can stop a lot faster than my 2 ton plus Pathfinder in the rain. Who woulda' guessed. I really didn't need the grief especially when I thought I was doing my good deed taking a friend to see his wrecked truck from his accident on Friday. Should have stayed home today. I guess it's true about what they say, no good deed goes unpunished. .....God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can't change.......

No matter how bad something may seem.. there is always something good within it, find it, concentrate on it and everything else won't matter!

So, getting back to the subject of finding new musical friends, how? I’m perusing Craigslist, i’ve put an ad in wanting a band with no results.

Sorry to hear about this Rusty. My wife had the same and they took out her gall bladder. Took her twice as long to recover as they said it would, but it always does when she has surgery. I think we have an equal number of missing parts now. It takes some people a while to adjust to the missing gall bladder if you end up going that route. Can be sensitive to fatty food until the body adjusts to the modification. She didn't have a problem with that.
Do you know if they plan to wait or if they want to go in and remove it? fairly minor surgery now, was major years back before laproscopic surgery. They used to take you about all the way apart to get to it!
Thanks everyone for your support. I tried to make my daytime spent in a fetal position but the doggie had another view on this. So I have been taking him out twice a day and watched "Vinyl" on HBO in between.
The pain remains but I can survive with Advil. The worst thing is the MR scan is scheduled a month from now and I need to get to work in between, which I am not sure I can do. Fortunately my line of work is not physically demanding, and I live in the remains of a welfare state, where access to specialized health care is a given. I'd like them to do the laparoscopy sooner than later.
Kidney stones may pass, it seems gall stones don't, on their own. Kirk, as long as there were no injuries, its just metal.
