He has some great videos, my intonation on fretless has always been mediocre so it doesn't bother me anymore. That's a fretted Jazz though isn't it?
I agree because I am both a new player (relatively) and a GOF.
Rick has been around and has done a lot of stuff, I haven't watched a whole lot of his videos but everyone I've watched has been very interesting and I've learned something.
I ended up watching 10 or 15 of their videos last night after you posted this, unbelievable, I love the tone they get out of the Ric basses too, especially that PMC bass with the reversed headstock. Is that a Dual Showman they use or a newer Fender?
Apparently there are some in Orlando, Jacksonville, etc , FL. 76 is owned by Phillips 66, 76 was formerly called Union 76.
They have videos for the entire White Album, Sgt Pepper, Magical Mystery Tour concerts. All gear is vintage as far as I can tell. And yes, nobody can touch them.
I once read that they have a contract with DECA to rerecord the entire Beatles catalog. They sell videos and CD’s on their web site. Pepper and MMT are available on iTunes, probably others.
The drummer, Fred Gehring, is the money behind the band. He ran the Tommy Hilfiger group. The musical director is Bart the bass player. He’s a perfectionist. Fred tasked Bart to put the band together.

Yes they are very good. Sadly, the primary lead singer moved to Europe and the band broke up.
Maybe they can compromise and call the stations 71.
Was he a partner with Lawrence Stroll?
Their website says the '64 Bassman is the most used Beatles amp. Interestingly, it looks like they seem to most often use a 610 cab in concert, though.

The analogues use a 610 cab? The whole Fender set up looked modern to me like one of their 300 watt tube bass amps that looks like an old blackface amp. Fender Super Bassman maybe with this: Fender Bassman 610Neo cab?
Looks like Paul gave it up the '64 mid 67 then the others shared it, I know McCartney used a silverface Bassman later on for at least their last couple of albums, he used it on the rooftop.

Next on the list of space stuff is, what's going to happen with this Chinese rocket? Is it time we had a laser that can zap these things? With all the (growing) junk up there, isn't it time we dealt with the "fall-out"?
