Today’s creation. Raspberries from my garden. Added a small amount of rhubarb. Too hot to taste yet…

Funny thing is...Whenever I do load it, it almost always gets rearranged. it's OK. I can live with that. At least it is not piled up on the counter.
I was actually assigned to UN-load the dishwasher.

Women. The expression was, "You can't live with them and, you can't live without them". I have to think about that for a moment...

Starting pitcher gave up 4 runs in 3 innings. Put my kid in. He gives up no hits or runs in 2 innings. They then put in a favorite kid who gives up 6 runs in 2 innings. Everyone in the stands are like why did you pull Eric??? I am done with this travel team. Daddy ball. So I got on the boat. Jazz bass later.

Sometimes I feel like a walking dirt mess in my better half’s opinion…

Better than being relegated to the dog house...

When I was last single my house truly was a doghouse. Now, for the last 37 years, I thank God every day for sending Mrs. Dog to (most of the time) keep me out of the doghouse!
.

Hope your neighbors are worth the wait.
Yup. Some good peeps, they are. My niece has been giving them the heads-up for weeks, telling them what we're doing (the type and style of the house, upgrading the fence along the street, moving and upgrading the gate and entrance, stuff like that). She says they've been very supportive, so I expect zero problems on that side. And my architect is very familiar with the city's building code, which came up several times as we were working through the design.

Just don’t let them hear you playing bass.
