While we're on military related stories, a classmate failed his driving test 3 times. When he went into the Marines, they put him in the motor pool-as a driver.

Just cooked a few organic, vegan wontons from the supermarket. They really aren't very enjoyable.
I tried those frozen delights, one bite and the package went into the trash.

Got no use for peeps who eat gluten-free for any reason other than a medical issue. Use almond flour. Pat yourself on the back. Then beatch about the water crisis in the western U.S. Bah, humbug.
One line from a PAESTA (Pennsylvania Earth Science Teachers Association) podcast is especially worth noting.
"To grow one almond requires 1.1 gallons of water, and to grow a pound takes 1,900 gal/lb. The crazy thing about that is that walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and cashews all use roughly the same amount of water to grow as well, but it is the almond which is in such high demand at this time."

Anti-cattle protesters blame animals for having a large carbon footprint. They suppress the data on growing crops and importing the water for them. At some point fresh water will be as precious as fossil fuel.

Canada apparently has one fifth of the worlds freshwater supply, only seven percent of that is renewable. The US doesn't have far to go to get it.
Drinking refined pee is one thing. Moisture from anything else biological, no thinks. Water is simply one oxygen and two tydrogen molecules, it can be made. They should be working on the technology to do so on a large scale.
