Looks like Muscadine maybe. Used to make wine with 'em. We've got wild Fox grapes around here but the birds get 'em all before they're ready to pick.

We're a couple of pages in at a new location and all I can say is, I've always thought this group was more miscellaneous than something specific...as one of our more distinguished Electrical Engineering spirit guides might say, better to just say thanks and not inspect the dentures of an otherwise healthy looking equine that has been gifted to you free of contractual encumbrances.
