... one small earthquake to go, please, hold the tornado

If/when Carey and I visit the British Isles we’ll drop by!
It’s not that far fetched— she wants to see Buckingham Palace. :)

And at this moment in The Colonies resolving personal business and then unknown what next. What I observe is sometimes in life when you're employed at Versailles and all your friends agree piss boy is one of the better jobs available, then it's time to be looking for something new to do.

We all have what we do to fulfill that survival thing, and then there is also the work we come here to do. And as a good friend sahs, when you look forward to going to work on Monday .... The real work we do is another matter, and not too far out of our video conference call (that I was 10 minutes late to  ) as we prepare for Italy. Of course, Milan, it's always Milan

All agree all that's necessary is to do what is yours to do

And as far as I'm concerned gonna say
it's 106 miles to Chicago and we got a full tank of gas

Not quite sure but I think you told me off!

I did?

Fixing a watercress and steak salad, pull up some chairs, and I'll start over.

(actually what occurred in that post I wandered off in the woods trying to say what it is we're doing without actually saying what it is we're doing in Italy and the States and SA and Denmark and whole bunch of us have the landscape covered.)

Ok. Whew. Whatever it is you're doing, hope it is fruitful for you. Speaking of fruit, cranberries make a nice compliment in most salads. :)

A splash of cranberry juice in a glass of water really helps you to get it down your gullet. A lot of people don’t drink enough water.

Not enough water can lead to health issues. It’s a simple fix.

Beans, we take a regiment of lots of special vitamins and a few medications in the morning. We wash it down with either cranberry juice or that Pom pure pomegranate juice. Both known to be good for the heart. We also take the highest allowable dose of krill oil pills in the morning. Have you tried "Bubly" brand sparkling waters? They have a cranberry flavor and are ZERO everything and count as water. Come in 1 an 2 liter bottles as well as 12 oz cans...

My favorite "rock band" with orchestra is this; they are so integrated that it is hard to imagine one without the other (even if I have seen Renaissance a couple times sans orchestra).

LOL when I was singing prog every female singer in the genre was compared to Annie Haslam and if you didn't sound like her they either pretended you did (if they liked you) or they scolded you because you didn't. She was the One True Female Voice of progressive rock.

That said, I loved this record but it sucked that it became a yardstick.

Will look for it. I don’t know what it is about the cranberry flavor that helps you in getting water (and draft beer) down.

Krill oil is good for you. Some inuit can eat high levels of fat, without any consequences. No high cholesterol. It’s down to their genetics.

High-fat diet made Inuits healthier but shorter thanks to gene mutations, study finds | University of Oxford

I used to give my dog cod liver oil pills for his coat. He lived for over 21 people years. Maybe there’s something in fish oil.

Please to the table:

Champagne + splash pf cranberry juice + fresh cranberry

otherwise reserving cranberry juice for the old folks home where everyone gets an applesauce cup after reading about "sensible car choices" in Consumer Reports

and recalling one individual who is all astonished when, for the first time in life, I show up in a new car with four doors. (No never - purposefully - owned any three-door cars). And I'm like, what are you cutting me grief about this because there are twin turbos under there
