The medium and short scale sets of the Pressurewounds. The standard length sets are still in production.
Whew! Scared me there for a second...
How would these sound on an Ibanez SR? I'm looking to use it for functions and all kinds of other gigs. P/J pickups on the thing, too!

From my experience, they are much closer to rounds than flats. I've tried several different grounds as well, and they are much closer to a balance of the two, but get closer to flats as they deaden.
Please double check that... My orders for 7700 7500 were cancelled.
An odd thing happens with these babies when you add just a touch of foam mute - they become flatwounds with a nice top-end click and decent low-mid punch to them.
So? Whaddaya think?
