I was thinking about switching to a tort guard on this one. What do you all think about that with the black hardware, good move or no?
I would keep it black. It really gives it a classy look.
yeah, it's official. next bass i get i'm building an all white fretless p-bass with matching headstock, ebony fingerboard, black pickguard, and all black hardware. it'll be hot.

IMO Tort is the way to go with Oly White, even with black hardware.
If I may suggest, I'd swap out those knobs for a set of vintage-style. A cheap way to add a bit more mojo.
I think the black hardware looks sharp btw.

MM basses are available in Oly White and Sunburst in addition to the Natural. I think the Oly White looks great! Never been a big fan of Natural...not even Marcus's.

Well i think Tpylons has changed the original MM neck to a P-bass neck if i remember right
haha, my threads usually suck. they die within a few days. im surprised/glad to see how this turned out...even though i've abandoned my original plan for my next bass, there have been some REALLY nice basses posted here.
