There are a few Roscoe 6-strings that I keep seeing pop up at different GC locations. People must be buying and returning them. I have to assume something must be wrong with them.

I’m pretty sure GC would repair the issues before putting then up for sale again, right?

I got a Variax bass for $200. I got the gig bag (strap broken), DI Box, TRS Cable, PS and a VDI cable (bonus).
The only thing missing was the piezo bridge saddles.

Wow, that trans-blue SR1400 is a great deal! I must have missed it or it’s new.

On another note, the gigbag that came with mine is utter junk. First thing I did was buy the MB300C case for my SR1200 bass. Your mileage may very.

Lack of padding, protection and ect. I mean if it’s packed well it may suffice for shipping. But for long term storage or something to take to and from gig’s I wouldn’t recommend it.

I try my best to stay out of the ragging on GC crowd but someone screwed up this one. They are selling a used Xotic XJPro for $1,399. I bought two of these basses new. you could only get them from Xotic and they were $1440 new including shipping. Late last year they were blowing them out at $980 new. Someone at GC didn't research what model they were getting. Used, they go for around $900-$1000. This is the lesser priced XJProvintage model. Anyway, not really my problem.
