Thank you all but the amp was purchased used so I don't think Larry can help me with this.

You would be wrong about that. He may charge you to look at it and get it repaired, but he cares.
anybody know where I might be able to find a MOSFET 7000 or 3500 that is blown? I need one for the front end,the main board with all the controlls.
I had to order a replacement speaker for a Hydrive 410. It took forever (3 -4 months) because the speaker had to come from China where I presume they build them in batches. I did get it though.
I was grateful that I didn't need the cabinet to feed my family and I had to wonder what the endorsees do when they blow a speaker.
Thank You BillyB_from_LZ, that is the intel I seek. Hartke is probably waiting on a container load from the country of origin.

I expect they get a whole new unit from stock and ship the bad one back to the artist relations rep...
A side note... "Endorsee" is the one endorsed, which is Hartke. the "endorser" is the one foing the endorsing, which is the artist.

My friendly neighborhood Hartke dealer had to help Hartke wade through a paperwork snafu (store's PO number vs. Hartke Order No. (or whatever they call it)) to find the order. Once that was sorted out, the replacement speaker was shipped quickly because they were back in stock. I'd recommend that who ever ordered the part keep on top of following up.
As of yesterday, my electronics repair shop still has not been given a definitive answer from Hartke as to when to expect a replacement amp module for my LH500. I am not criticizing Hartke but just want to make you aware that these are the hazards of buying used equipment made overseas.
I am out the $225.00 I paid for the amp plus the $65.00 bench charge. Lesson learned, moving on.

Hartke has great customer service and has been stated a good amount of the time Larry will answer the phone himself. Used to play through a Hydrive 410 that I bought used and Larry supported me and was very helpful regardless. I would have no problem using their gear in the future if it met what my goals and needs were.
I return with hat in hand having first taken it off to Hartke. In other words, I am eating crow.

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. From June 6th until now is a long time to wait (IMHO). Fortunately for me, I'm a hobbyist (and a TB member) so my amp being down for that long won't cause my kids to go hungry. I mention being a TB member because (like many of us) I have a number of other amps to hold me over with if any one of them breaks.
Hopefully you'll be up and running quickly and that will be the end of problems for a long, long time.

My GK BL600 pops its fuse when powered up so I was down to the Hartke HA4000 with no backup.
Recently I purchased a Carvin BX500 which was going to be primary but now that the LH500 is coming, I'm confused.
At 5.6 lbs/500watts/2ohm capable, it will just be fun to switch with the LH500.
Anyone interested in the HA4000 in a rack case?
