Help get me into a Mesa/Boogie Subway WD-800 !!!

That's what I figured. I guess I would like the clear thing more than the transparent part of it. My main thing with an amp is how I can change the sound of my bass as I generally don't like their natural sound.
Yep, that is one reason I got this amp. The ability to get different sounds out of one small package.
I've been using a bi-amp system to get my sound, still will do that but, I wanted a one amp solution that would give some of the same tones. To me so far, this does that.

Include me in the "compared the WD800 to my D800 and passed" list. The HPF and the ability to run at 2ohm were the big selling points for me. I bought the Boogie as a backup for my Eden WT550 but it's become my no.1.

I know you posted this a while ago but I am looking at returning my WD-800 and getting a wt550 from ‘08. I have not compared the two yet. What can you tell me about the tone differences and why the Mesa replaces the Eden as your no. 1?
