Yes, used that for special occasions only though . I had the Westone until the end of the 80s. What a workhorse that was. Unlike some of the crappy amps I had (aka Carlsbro) it never let me down.

Loved the 80's and also all the choice we had back then , so many different brands & colours it was a great decade to be a bassist. liking the look of these 3 as well .

if you like the 80’s, you would have loved 60s & 70’s..LOL! Seriously, pretty much no where near the amount of choices. Fender P, Fender Jazz, Rick, or a Gibson, and boring staid finishes.

I liked those pictured as well, minus the points. Well, if the 80’s do come back I’ll have to dig up some Aqua-Net and get the maximum elevation for the 3 hairs I have left on my head.. LOL!

My main basses in the 80s were a Fender Jazz, an Aria SB1000 and a Fretless Wal Pro. The Jazz is the only one I don't still have...

And the Aria SB-1000 is back in production.

For me the 80s was all about Denim aftershave, talc and the great Japanese basses! Oh, and Labatts lager!
