I LOVE Pavlov's Dog! Even if the singer sounds like Geddy Lee on helium.

i dont think anberlin is all that great vocally...ive seen them live and he wasnt able to hit the album notes even closely and ive seen several vids of him not being able to. again to continue it but i would strongly look at coheed & cambria if you want high vocals... ill throw this vid up for further proof
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMM0_mQGXpQ really starting at like 1:34 but i would recommend watching the whole thing![]()
IMO Anberlin is in a league of their own in modern music, they are still very unique sounding. I have seen a bunch of live videos where he sounds great.
I don't like Coheed...
James Labrie gets up there.

Mariah Carey goes all dog whistle at least 3 times on EVERY cut. It's more than enough to cancel out her extreme hotness.
Anyone know Geddy Lee's vocal range? It's got to be more than the usual.
Let's not forget the incredible Phillip Bailey! An amazing vocalist in an amazing band. He can go as high as Carey (at least back in his day), and he has an applebag!!!
It's certainly not as high as it used to be. On the Snakes & Arrows Live DVD he strains to hit the high notes that he effortlessly hit in his earlier days. Understandable, since age and countless thousands of shows have taken their toll. It's maybe one reason why Rush generally stays away from their earlier stuff.
