There was a thread last year asking the origin of our account nicknames. Someone commented about mine, insinuating it was reference to a certain part of my anatomy. I responded as innocently as I could, as if unaware of the inuendo. In truth I wasn't offended by the comment. But a couple of weeks later the same person was banned due to involvement in some other thread where a few people were openly attacking another user. Another time I'd bought something in the classifieds which the sender sent me the wrong goods. He made many attempts to get me to keep it, despite that I had zero need for the item. I didn't want to give the guy negative feedback, so I just didn't give him any. A few weeks later he was banned. Perhaps pulling the same bs on other buyers? My point is that the people who I've seen get banned seem prone to serial misbehavior, some public and some not. And I doubt there are many instances of users being wrongfully banned...
