I sometimes wonder what those "some people" are like in real life. On the one hand, I certainly see why people might behave differently when hiding behind a veil of anonymity. On the other hand, though, it seems hard to believe that going online could turn a polite, friendly, open-minded person into an argumentative, mean-spirited jerk.
One can see the same amazing Jekyll/Hyde like transformation on the roads of any city.
 
So I just checked out "that place" or "the frat house" as its called. I remember when that happened and I didnt pay attention because it had no content to interest me, but I just noticed that almost all of the people that regularly made me laugh are there and no longer here. That shouldnt be. I need giggles on here. I have no idea what happened. but...

No, repeated rule violations is what it took you. No one gets banned on a first offense, unless it's posting porn, or something along those lines.
 
It seems questioning the sanity of the price on all 70's Fenders on a For Sale forum will get your wrist slapped. In hindsight, that probably wasn't the appropriate forum for that comment.
If I recall correctly, one of the specific rules in Classifieds prohibits posts that criticize or comment on a seller's asking price. That seems pretty black-and-white.
