Just two: electric and acoustic. Ibanez BTB400QM and Cort SJB5F NS. Both are 4-string fretted, inexpensive and relatively new (10 to 15 y/o).

Here are a few of mine hanging in my tattoo studio I have 235 I think right now. That is a sick number but they all get played within a year LOLView attachment 3846793

Did U mean to write 235 or is that a typo???? i'm down to two basses now, but i only play one as the other one is on sale. Luckily i have two coming in soon... In total, i sold two "cheaper" instruments to get two good ones!

The herd grew a bit a couple of days ago. 2004 Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass 4. This bass is in nearly perfect condition. It has an amazing aftermarket paint job. Very heavy gold metal flake. Rosewood board is has nice grain too. I put new foam under the pickup & a new set of Cobalt strings on and did a setup. I’m curious as to the original color. Not much to go by but can anyone tell me what this color is? I’m thinking maybe Arizona Sun?

OMG 235! I own 8 and get called a hoarder, lol. I will show your post next time I get called one
tbh, i would have 235 too if i had the space, and the money!
Don’t forget now it took me 35 years to get to that amount and a lot of scraping saving and sacrifices. Some people call me spoiled well if they knew how hard I work and if they knew the sacrifices I made possess the beautiful Collection I possess they would never say that And anyone that knows me knows they are always welcome to come to my studio and if they have respect they can play any one of the 235 actually now it’s 237 LOL and that goes for You as well look me up and you can play anything I have. Have a great day

Dear Fellaz & Fellazettes, Homies & Homelettes!

A few months back i read a thread that resonated with me as i was exactly in the same place as the OP: i felt like i had made all the wrong choices getting the basses i had acquired & wanted to get rid of everything to get all new equipment. Well that's what i did. Sold 4 out of 5 basses, and found those two on the second hand market: an RMI Quantum Dominic Di Piazza Signature & an ESP-LTD B-206SM. So happy with how it all turned out. I'll write reviews of both basses as soon as i can!

Anyway: am back at 3 basses with my Harley Benton JB-75MN (not pictured here). Also, please note that technically i still have the Harley Benton BZ-6000 in my possession but it's up for sale, so i am not counting it!

I only have one, a CIJ Geddy Jazz which I've had for 12 years.

Am aiming get a P bass this year, hopefully as soon as the music stores reopen and I can try a few out. And I have a plan to add a second P bass hopefully next year that I can modify. One P will be a rocker, the other a motown style machine with flats. Will need to get a bigger apartment in the meantime though!
