How many TBers don't use straplocks?

I am using them and never had a problem because I don't toss my axe around. I have seen staplocks and regular strap buttons both fail. I think the reason the straplocks fail is because they stick out further and that allows more leverage against the screws. I overcame that extra force by installing the recessed strap locks. Less leverage than both lock and buttons and they look VERY Clean. and I am totally relaxed about my strap situation now.

@deafpea - dude, thats a strap lock. and, nice hat :P

The guys who never have a need for them haven't had their bass neck have that first intimate encounter with the crash cymbal as it's continues its downward trajectory to the concrete rehearsal room floor. Then, and only then do you buy them, not before. :D
