Well then maybe if enough people can pull together some strong evidence, you might be able to pull together a civil law suit. Civil lawsuits can be pretty effective sometimes. If there is a pool of victims, a lawsuit could dig deep financially. I would not be making comments in anger over the internet. It may feel cathartic, but it's just bad form.

Well, according to his FB page, he just graduated HS last year. Hopefully that means he's over 18 so all these interstate felonies can follow him around for the rest of his adult life.

OP, I really hope you get your bass back in as good condition as it was previously. It really sucks that this happened to you.

Considering the band has a song on their Facebook page called "Swindling Fools," not to mention the blatant sacrilege in their name, I'd assume this is how they roll as a group. :/
