For all those here who tune after pages and pages of slanderous/irrelevant/relevant rhetoric and display your rage accordingly, you'll be happy to know that enough local members have confronted in-person (although this was not necessary as I was planning to ship this back tomorrow anyway) I am meeting with Waterpilot tomorrow so that he can assure its safe return away from my theiving dirty paws. Mobs will make a guy say anything he can to protect those he cares about. LISTEN THIS TIME, THE OTHERS ARE NOT INVOLVED. The band is golden and will do better without me, I MYSELF have resigned from them and all music.
Another post for you to all tear apart and constrew to how you see fit. If those involved would just respond to the outreach, maybe a few things could get settled. My free life is soon over I'm sure, but it would sure be great if I were even given the opportunity to attempt reparation

No one is being banned yet so as to keep the private message system available to both parties. JPATA will be permanently banned after this ordeal is over.

Evan has already admitted to stealing and not making a mistake through multiple sources. No one is buying the BS you're selling here, so move on. If you want to try to cover this up further, you'll be banned as well.

Wow. What thrilling reading! Finally made it to the end of the thread, (thus far). For a while there it seemed like new pages were added before I could finish the one I was on. Got to go to bed. Good job. Glad I joined this community.

I don't think I've ever read a thread where most of the posters were still online while I was reading. lol.

I suggest all TBer's who were ripped off contact Waterpilot and see if he can pickup your basses as well.

If he can't deliver them, then it appears to me that he has sold them and another course of action must be taken. Maybe Evan's mom has some cash on hand to make everyone whole. I'd start there.

In the beginning of this thread I really didn't know the magnitude of Evan's deceit. Had I originally known that there where several others losing hundreds of dollars I would have realized that calls needed to be made and action needs to be taken.

I greatly appreciate everyone's support and help/humor.

Honestly, Dharma....IF....and a big IF....everyone gets their stuff back and Evan gets himself straight (dude's 19....he does have time to do it) this is the best possible outcome of all time. You might feel like you took some wrong steps, but I don't.
