Shoot. Music stand, shorts and more than likely sandals and looks like they’ve already fired the drummer. Just being really loud while I’m trying to eat my pizza and probably dogging ASCAP fees. Yep no chance of a train wreck here, I’m heading over to Billy’s.

It was already leaking that before the solo. The solo was a shriveled cherry on top.4:44 is when the bass players shreds the s#!t out of it.

Back in the 1980's I worked for a professional sound company. One of the gigs we did was the Heart of Illinois fair. Toto played on the "rock night". They were absolutely phenomenal! It is hard to watch the video knowing how great they used to be.

Classic “singer with shot hearing” stuff. Our singers are all on IEMs now, I always keep the Hearos handy for when the drummer gets “warmed up”.
As Altitude said in post #91, Mr. Kimball wasn't the lead vocalist on the studio version of this song. Poor monitors, deafness, exhaustion, inebriation...who knows? Seems like the bassist had some balls to throw it right back, though: "You think YOU suck, just listen to this."
very recently, read an interview with Lukather and he basically said that coke killed Kimball's voice.
