Yeah that's exactly what it sounds like. The first thing I thought, because talent doesn't disappear just like that unless there's something gone wrong physically.

One of them. David Paich was the guy whose voice you hear in the verses of that song. Kimball had the high-flying chorus parts and Lukather was on the harmonies. It's one of the best vocal performances in a pop song ever.

I just can't believe his voice has degraded this much, or that he's still trotting it out. I could sing it better, which believe me is not saying anything much.
