I might have too many basses

Hate to say it but you can have too many basses. The situation only occurs when you move house. Couple year back I moved, could fit 6 basses in the boot (trunk for you American folks)/10 trips. Course new place was on top floor,after 20th time climbing stairs you do admit there's too many.

Thankfully it's just a temporary thing. Best photo I have but only half of them

WOW that's a nice collection of Peaveys. Never seen a black T-20 with a rosewood board but now I need one!

That's a black 1st generation Fury. Basically the same bass as the T-20 just slightly different body.

If I ever move to a bigger place (and find a wide angle lens) I'll try to get them all in one shot

What the ****. 51!?! How is that even possible? I have 5 basses and I'm already selling 2 of them. How big is your place? But anyway I would love to see all your Peaveys. They're great basses and it's a shame they no longer manufacture the T series.

I have to look at videos to see which two I took last and just grab the next two in line I have 14 my recent dilemma is, deciding which is the next to get flat wounds? currently 2 are strung with flats both are P basses

This thread has helped me realize that while I mistakenly believed I had too many basses, what I actually had was too much stuff that isn't basses. Thanks, I can now proceed to sell off all my non-bass related stuff and make room for the fifty or so basses that I really, really want

I just look at what i haven’t used in a while,and start making plans to move them. (You know,to make room for new basses i want to try out).
I currently have 11,would like to take that down to 7-8.

Would you believe Peavey have offered over 60 basses,counting variations like 4,5 & 6 string versions or active/passive models. There's a 10 file limit to replies and I don't want to hi-jack the thread so just thumbnails.

@kodiakblair I counted only 23)) those T-40s are my favorites. I love the looks of two basses: 4001/4003 Rics and Peavey T-40s. Those pickups look so cool.

Just walked through the house counting Peaveys and got 50 but only 46 photos ??

Even when I had around 20 basses, it wasn’t THAT difficult a decision. Maybe a few seconds. I can’t imagine agonizing for hours over something like which bass to jam with.
