I Present the IdiotBox Effects's Blower Box

I own one of the very first Blower Box ever made. It's a limited edition (only 12 or so being made according to Matt) and it was signed by the 4 members of Voivod Away,Snake,Chewy and Blacky (the Blower Box is inspired by his sound on the Nothingface album) Unfortunately,Blacky left Voivod last week...

NICE! Saw pics of those before. Did not know if it was the old version or something. Glad to see this info!

Same here. Trying to pair a fuzz with the BB and B3K combo, maybe a darker fuzz. Keep tweaking my MXR BFD and Big Muff Deluxe, but not there yet. BB is definitely staying, though. My favorite dirt at the moment!

The limited edition first run of the Blower Box is too big! It look nice and all with Away's design but way too big to keep a spot on my pedal board as it easily takes the space of three pedals! I use it at the practice space though. But i'm a Voivod fan first and that's why i got the pedal...

Man I just got the Dimension X Delay in from a recent trade last night, my first Idiotbox pedal, awesome build quality and sound. I already had the Ron FN Swanson Super Fuzz(I play guitar too) on order. When the Dimension landed last night and I got to spend some time with it, it made me even more glad I ordered the fuzz. I have been wanting to pick up a Way Huge Pork Loin like I used to have but think I am going to go with the Blower Box instead. The clips I heard of the Blower Box reminds me of the old highly modded Boss ODB-3 I had that I should of kept.

That dimension has always been on my GAS list. Looks awesome! So want to try it. If you ever think you'll trade it off again, gimme a shout ;)

Speedor just bought it LOL. He is going to make crazy sounds in Poland with it LOL. It's a bit more wild than I need. I will pick up a Blower Box with the cash. And probably go back to a Carbon Copy for my mild delay usage. It glows in the dark too!

Looks like IdiotBox now has more in stock! Luckily I was able to get one from the classifieds, I will find out next week if it can be rehoused into a smaller enclosure. If not, I probably won't be keeping it as I can't see it replacing two pedals for me. You never know though! I may decide I don't really need that envelope filter :)

It can most def be rehoused. Aside from john K's rehouse, I've looked inside. There's quite a bit of room in there yet.

I just joined the BB club last week. This thing is ridiculous! Gregmon, and several others at the pedal breeders thread, turned me on to this jewel. Soooo glad I didn't go for a RAT. I heard they lost a lot of low end, and that's why I hadn't pulled the trigger yet. Glad I waited. It even does a kick a$$ synth tone with chorus. (MXR Bass Chorus Deluxe to be exact.) Plus, the pedal looks awesome, and it comes with a sticker!
