Yep, if I'm being cheated on I certainly want to know about it. Otherwise I'm being played for a fool while she's out getting her kicks. I for one want to be made aware of when it's time for me to go.

Really? You think in the history of humankind there hasn't been a single instance where one partner slipped (pardon the euphemism), their spouse never knew anything about it, and they had a long & happy life together?
so um whats the best way to get better reading comprehension? lol. It's insane I just confused myself out of my own argument.
yea but we should define "kicks".

lets say i slipped up nd cheated but it made me realize how much i cared for my fiance. how would telling her i cheated make our relationship better?

Ok, how would you like to define it?
...by making it honest instead of dishonest.
by making it no longer a relationship....
well I mean, kicks for a woman can be anything.

Are they? They're generally a happier species than men are.
And generally men are always suspicious when they're women are happy after they haven't seen the man all day.....

Now, those negative consequences may not rise to the level of threatening the "long and happy life together", but they aren't zero.
If I lose a quarter tomorrow - it isn't going to to threaten my financial well being. If I don't know about it, I'm none the wiser.
But I'm still $0.25 poorer - whether I know or not, whether it matters significantly or not.

Okay, I thought it was fairly obvious that by "kicks" we were referring to extramarital sex. In context, does that not make sense?
Are they?
Generally or always? Why would a man be suspicious if his woman was happy after not seeing him all day if women are generally happier than men are?
I don't know. I'm probably just turning this thread into another knot.

Perhaps. I always thought my woman seemed happy after not seeing me all day because, lo and behold, there I finally was for her to see. I was never suspicious of that. But maybe I should be![]()
I daresay in some cases it may have had a positive effect, in the long run.
You know, like investing a quarter and making a buck. Not something I would want for myself, but you cant speak for everyone and say "zero negative effect". Relationships can be complicated things.
idk. When I see a woman smiling I usually think "she must know she's ****ing with some guy's head really good".
I think everyone should cheat on everyone. Share the wealth.
