Well...

I guess, not counting a tuner (cause seriously, let's be honest, that doesn't count. Everyone guitarist/bassist has to have one) it would be my newly acquired EHX Green Russian big muff pi! (not pictured, but you all know what they look like). That thing crushes all the other fuzz pedals, in my opinion, and it's tone is super versatile. I do love having the whole board to mess with, but when it comes down to what I actually end up using in band situations, 95% of the time I only need dirt and compression but I can go without compression so... Fuzz for the win. Or a good OD, like the aguilar agro. Either/or, depending on the music.

I also seldom wear shoes and when I do it's usually a neutral colored comfortable loafer.

I'd get Brian at ss/bs to build me a custom pedal that housed a Mini, a TAFM, and maybe his No Memory circuit that I could use to get a bit of chorusing effect. Even if it was just the Mini and the TAFM though, that would probably cover that vast majority of what I need.

It is times like this that I think maybe I *should* talk to Brian about getting a custom pedal like that done...

I love all my pedals equally of course, but if forced to strip down I'd still want distortion, so Pigtronix Disnortion. Never seen evidence that anyone else likes 'em, but I sure do.

My whole board is tuner, mxr octaver, attack goat, FL-301. They're all the most useful for what I do.

I agree with a couple of posters who said the zoom B3: If I'm only allowed one pedal, it needs to cover a lot of territory. Our set list includes songs requiring octave bass, synth bass, chorus, etc. As well as the standard compressors, looper and tuner, this is the swiss army knife of my gear!
