Taylor posted this in another thread :)

By the way, you'll be able to purchase IE pedals in about a month. :) I just wanted to get wait times down because I know how annoying it is to wait forever for your new pedal, so that's what we're focused on right now. When we reopen things should be in stock, ready to ship.

More people should follow that lead ^

Fewer talented engineers and builders would go belly up and reputation down

Agreed. Taylor has proper customer service down. He just emailed me a day or two ago to let me know he hadn't been able to duplicate the issue I was having with my Nimbus and asked me for some context (other pedals in use, power supply, bass electronics, etc). This tells me the guy really cares about getting the pedal well and truly fixed and taking care of me as a customer.

I am definitely a loyal IE customer at this point.

I respect that Taylor stopped taking orders until he felt he was able to deliver in a timely manner. The place is strewn with the ghosts of small builders who kept taking orders well beyond their ability to fulfill them within any reasonable time-frame. It is easy to keep taking someone's money even when you should not. Taylor had the decency to say no.

I ordered Sept 17. Keep getting told that it will ship next week. (since late November). The only reason I haven't cancelled is because people on this thread have received them.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to when it does arrive...

Great forum btw, have been lurking for a while :hiding:

Yes, he's been quiet of late. I never got a response from him regarding the additional information I sent so he could try to recreate the problem I was having with my Nimbus. I'm not worried though, I think he's still going through a rough time of it and I'll get the pedal back eventually.
