Iron Ether Subterranea

Ok, here goes. Warts and all.

Bridge pickup on full neck pickup off. NO loss of tracking quality. That is very impressive in my book. Especially considering my first thing in the morning/only halfway through my coffee/beat up from my gig last night chops.

Impressive and waiting to get one to replace my EBS Octabass.
Getting anxious because I checking to buy it still December.

Yeah, cause its March now. Maybe you could plan a road trip to New Orleans and help him build yours specifically haha

LOL believe me I would, but from across the ocean it's gonna be difficult..

We're almost neighbours (I'm in the Geneva/Nyon area). If you don't receive yours shortly I can lend you mine - just shoot a pm.

well, we already been in contact, but I wanted to let the rest of TB know that TB = best place on the web! Love it!

So, I had a little meet with fellow TBer eloann in Geneva today. Temporary SubT / Bass Whammy exchange :D First of all: SUBT FITS!

Now, I fiddled with it a bit tonight at rehearsal, I had some difficulties understanding the controls (didn't have the manual with me). Mainly, when hitting just one note and letting it ring, there was a kind of "wave" (I don't know quite know how to describe it). The note seems change after awhile, and abruptly. I did try with the toggles, sometimes the note change would be different, but I couldn't find a way to just let a not ring. Am I missing something?

Also, I would be infinitely grateful if someone could post SubT + Xero Dlx settings to cope the "Bass, all voices mixed, with Xerograph Deluxe" sample on the IE website, but this is about exactly what I aiming for...

I'm guessing you're dealing with glitchy tracking due to overtones overpowering the fundamental. Try cutting some treble on your bass and/or playing close to the neck with a light touch.

Yeah, just heard from Taylor. Looks like things will be moving in the next couple of weeks. As far as Nimbus orders go, he has all the bodies in and the boards are built. My guess is it's the same for most of the other pedals - final phase before a whole lot of stuff goes out the door.
