The price is indeed $75,000 OBO. I asked in my email what verification they had to prove it was one of Jaco's basses:

This is the bass purchased from Albert Molinaro (Guitars Are Us and author
of the Fender Bass Book). In addition Jaco's family viewed the bass as well
from it's current owner. All the wear marks on the bass can easily be
matched up as well.

I figured it'd be in the 5 digits but WOW...... not sure what to think of this.....Man, I'd have to sell everything I owned to get it (IF I was seriously wanting it and I'm not but hell yea, if I had the money laying around (HAHAHA) I'd go for it) and Im not selling my Cowpoke or my T40 for nothing, not even one of Jaco's [supposed] basses....
