The middle pickup is indeed just a single. I dunno, maybe I'll see if they could do one of them, it might add a different sound range than I'd get if it was another double, we'll see though

I won the argument, by asking my uncle instead of my dad. He said did you want a single or double, so I went with double, it's just more...awesome that way.

I just looove my Jaydee as i think all jaydee's owners do.
Anywhere i go with it everybody just fall in love, also the ones that newer heard about a jaydee bass (and they ar A LOT).
It's just a so beautifull piece of wood.
