13 strings on a bass? That's crazy! Who ever thought of 12 needs a vacation.

when i say '12 string bass' others often say with a smug knowingness: 'ah yes 12 string bass' meaning a triple course 4 string

..good reason enough to make a 13, it can't be mistaken for a 4x3

i'd love to see a 13, perhaps adler will make one?

I'm not one to bash ERB's, and yes its gorgeous, and I'm sure it sounds absolutely wonderful, & I bet it plays orgasmicly.

But DAMN, that just seems a bit over the top.

On your next bass, the neck will be wider than it is long. It's a great-looking bass(?), but it leaves me in a state of confusion just looking at it.

I've never been much for the ERB's....must have been a bear to build. It looks a bit choadish...if anyone get's my drift.
