Even if it did happen, Gene is a good student then because he sure plays those lines live, while running around in 7" heels.
if you want to get technical, the love posts have nothing to do with the original topic, either.Which has exactly nothing to do with the thread. Hate elsewhre.
I saw them in 76...I still love KISS.
Hey, he put a hillbilly word in there too!
Lol, riiiiight, Kiss was an underground band. As if Dr. Love didn't get played every hour on every FM rock station in my town.Whoa, no kidding? Big surprise...they never got airplay anywhere. Who cares? They still sold out arenas and sold albums.

Gary Thain was absolutely awesome on bass. Too bad he was so addicted to drugs that it killed him. Same with Dave Byron...that's why they canned him. But I wasn't bummed too bad about the bass player that night...John Wetton from King Crimson. I was not crazy about the fruity new singer, though![]()
That show would have killed! Steppenwolf and Heep on the same bill...that would have ruled. I liked Three Dog Night, too, but Steppenwolf and Heep were big for me.
