Haven't been able to count past 18 since my lawnmower incident 20 yrs ago, and can't keep a flip-flop on that foot either LOL.
Nice pics, Randy! Ah yeah, I'm looking for a primarily originals band, so I think I'm destined for more of the latter scenario than the former myself. So it was definitely a tale of two nights this weekend....![]()

Are you rocking a pick in that last picture?
Hey, Randy, not sound weird or anything, but where did you get those pants. I have an awesome pair of old Levi's Bell Bottoms, but I can't find anything like them anywhere.
OK Markus.....here goes...
WOW, THIS THING REALLY SOUNDS GOOD WITH MY LAKLANDS!!! WOOHOO!!!!
and the lakland pic to keep everyone happy

There you go! Fretless hollowbody would kill!
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeee! it don't get much sweeter than that! My daughter (now 7 and 7/12th today) wanted a bass last year...bought her a Samick ...really nice bass but she hardly ever plays it...hopefully your daughter has a little more desire....
so she took the 90 minute ride with you?
NOW your talking....hmmmm...thought I "needed" a BG 5 but....a fretless HB would be super cool! makes me think.....
if we change the neck - could they make a fretless HB 5er? is that pushing it? probably..... probably.....oh well...one can dream can't one???

Not mine....and not associated with it, but nice

Emmanuel had ordered this USA Lakland 55-94 with custom pickguard and translucent white finish. ...Well to make the story short I traded 2 basses and cash for this beauty. is brand freaking new. not a single scratch and comes with a white "Pimp" case. Another rare thing about this bass is that Laklands are usually 2 pieces of wood that make up the body and if you see in the pics of the back of the bass you will notice that the grain is constant so it is only one piece of wood!!!!
just sharing with you guys and gals. I love the tone of these basses is very good and since you can change the frequencies of the mids at the preamp it gives you a lot of tonal options I had to get it because of the tone, color, details and ... also because it was Emmanuel's.
also.. is there a club number I can ask for?
Yeah that was mine
According to Carl, mine was the first Skyline retro-fitted with Chi's.
Money problems forced me to sell it.
Very nice bass. It has a Glaub neck
Well I guess it's time to toss my name in the hat... I just picked this up from Happyface which in turn got it from Sparkdog here on TB. It's a 05' DJ Skyline with factory Lindy Fralin single coils, U.S.A Hipshot hardware with d-tuner, and comes in right at 8 1/2lbs. I will take some better pic's with better lighting as I have time, these pic's and the crappy lighting do not do this Pearl White/Tort. combo any justice!
I PMed the LOG moderator guy nubs and have yet to hear from him or get my number.
Enjoy!

Peace,
Looks like we are on a white/trans/tort roll.
I'll keep it moving along.
