Hey fellow LOG'ers... random question for you all. For those using JO flats, what gauge do you generally prefer? I tried the mediums because I use medium gauge strings as a general rule, but found them a bit hard to handle. I switched to the light gauges and am in love. I find that the light gauge rounds feel more like medium rounds in terms of tension. I can dig in and get a nice 'pop' which was harder to do with the medium flats. What are your preferences? Any thoughts/input?

Noyce!!

Is there anyone on here who has a chi-equipped JO or DJ in the DC area? I've been thinking of doing this to my JO5 but really want to A/B it with a chi bass first.
I can't think of anyone offhand. Your best bet would be to start a thread on laklandowners.com (not sure if you're registered there or not). And that's a really sweet neck!

Getting a Skyline Decade delivered to me this week and I just wanted to share it with all of you Lakland fans !!!!!!

I currently play a DJ 4 and this new axe will be a great addition !!!!
Hey Turlu, I remember how excited you were about your DJ. Glad to hear you're getting a Skyline Decade, too! I have one as well, and I love it.
