After listening to Erik Scott's fretless Decade...I was gassing! I also wanted a fretted bass to put flats on while having the same bass with rounds. The Decade in fretless just sounds so huge!! Now on the JO CSs...which should get the flats, the surfer (alder) or the MOJO (ash)?

So Markus, you have about every flavor of bass(not to mention Lakland) there is. Do you still GAS or are you over it?
I have to say that i'm VERY happy with my collection(JO, BG, MM $tingray, R!c 4001), even though I only have 2 Laklands. The only thing that I really GAS for right now is a Lakland HB. Once I add that, I think my GAS will be solved..... although a Decade would be killer

I haven't. I hear it's a little like Hooters in that the ladies there wear skimpy outfits. My fiance's not a fan of these places, even though she'll hit a stripclub w/ me from time to time... strange huh?

I'll have to go there on a "guy night".

Oh I still GAS. Lots of cool basses out there...I would love to have a short scale Decade like Saltymonkey's or a bass like JJ's Tele. You're going to love the HB!(fanning the GAS)

Yeah, I tried to talk my wife into going when we were up there visiting, but I was quickly vetoed. She likes Mexican food so I figured it was a win-win, ha.
