The only one I've played was Evan's, #26, and it was REALLY nice!!!
Thinkin about movin it - I really am a P bass guy. But now its got historical juju so I'm not sure.
A Glaub PJ would probably set things in motion.

Ha! I feel the same way sometimes about mine, Tom. It really is a great bass, though--it could end up being perfect when I find a (new) band, too, so I'm loathe to let it go.Thinkin about movin it - I really am a P bass guy. But now its got historical juju so I'm not sure.
I love this duo, I never get tired of seeing the pic! I need to take a single, good picture of my version of this pair (which includes #80).

If it's not made in the US, it's not Kosher according to NAFTA. It's not really a drag bringing the Skylines over, but if the package doesn't say 'Made in USA/Made in Canada' on the shipping label, it can get dinged at the border as a non-free-trade item.
not sure if I could make the case that a couple of elk steaks were made in Canada, either...
Thanks! The Skyline is only 5-6 years younger, but it looks nearly new.

You need to try a Chi'd up J, Tom.The thicker tone might work for your P-bass tastes.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!
That extra string is way more than my limited intellect can handle!
)My guitarist's newish guitar was almost a Martin. Then I pointed him towards the Taylors, and it was all over. He's happy as hell with his Taylor, and if I ever have a little guitar money hanging around, I'm getting one too. No question.
Awesome basses Greg!
Two guys with low serial JO's and DS Glaubs - whoda thunk it!
Thanks, Tom! Oh no, your pic is fine. My Glaub pic is lousy, and the JO pic was taken by Ryan Owens when he had it.I love this duo, I never get tired of seeing the pic! I need to take a single, good picture of my version of this pair (which includes #80).
Best I could do with my limited skills - the pic doesn't really do the trans white finish on the Glaub justice.

Doug!!! You got lost in your own wave again....
You said that Nemo was from my childhood... I was correcting you by saying "NO, the orig Clash".
Dougie lost? Never! LOL
Yeah...When I order anything from them...they call me to ask if it is to my liking. I feel like a king! Hand me a turkey leg!!
Hey guys, need some help! My drummers other band has made it to the final ten in this contest and can win a chance to play at Hyde Park with McCartney, Pearl Jam, and a bunch of others! They are representing Nashville, and would appreciate the support. Help some really great guys out!!!

I think I do! I need to learn that. It's been, what, 6 months since I got my last Lakie?! Me no good

both look great, Jim
after Doug's comment, your US Joe does look more 'the serious thing', as opposed to the Sky. I do not doubt both are awesome, just perception of the appearance
BTW, when did they stop to put "Joe Osborn" on the headstock?
