I JUST about 30 mins ago bought my first Lakland. 
It is a U.S.A. 44-07
Should arrive on the FedEx truck a day or two before Christmas!
Ho Ho Ho feeling festive all of a sudden
Been gassing over the U.S.A. Laklands for awhile now.
Finally get to see what it is all about in a week.
Here are some pics from the seller.
If it is cool to grab a number before she arrives, that would be cool

Ya know, back when I bought that Classic Ray from you, I saw you where REALLY into Laklands.
I remembered that as I checked all the different Laklands out here and on online sites.
Today I almost bought a killer as new mint 2010 ELDorado Gold Stingray Classic with birdseye neck, RW board for an amazing price.
Almost pulled the trigger this am , but waited for some reason?
Then spoke to Markus through the day and WALLAH! BAM!
Bought me a Lakie!
Something tells me I will not be letting go of it anytime soon.

yeah, i'm feeling the pain too. been on the lookout for a nice P, but low funds have me looker at other, lesser brands (ones that start with "F" and end with "ender")
however, on the bright side, I've got TI Super Alloys on my Decade, TI Jazz Flats on my JO (or 44-60, if i must), and a fairly satisfying rig behind me (which explains my absence) so life isn't all that bad
