I was trying to give a shout-out to that teal green Duck Dunn (or whatever they call it now, they will always be Ducks and Glaubs to me), that bass looks killer on stage man, stunning.

And I would say go for that Ferrari red, you'll be happier with your ideal color. I don't know if there is even an upcharge for a custom color like that--but if there is, I doubt it would be significant relative to the total cost of the bass. What Leo has told me is that Pat W. prefers to have a color code to work with (if it's not on the list of colors on his site), to make sure it matches what you want. But he can do just about anything.
