Next up to learn will be Portuguese. I only know a few words right now. Basically, I'm fluent in English, can find my way around strange cities in Spanish and German, and can prevent starvation, dehydration, and public embarrassment in Portuguese, Italian, French, Polish and Russian. The upside of working in the environment that I do is that I have lots of people to practice with before I call someone a wretched swine accidentally while trying to order a club soda with lime.
