I'm considering adding a Jazz or Precision type instrument in the next year or so...I LOVE my 55-94 but I've never played Lakland's version of the P or the J bass...

What makes them so special? How do they compare to Nordstrand, Sadowsky and Lull?

I own US and Skyline Ps and two Skyline jazz style basses. I have and will own Lull Js and Ps too. No Sads, too rich for what you get IMO. I find my Laklands will stand up versus any of those brands any day of the week. My sig says it all,

Good thing she's amphibious, cause I only have a kiddie pool for the greyhounds to splash in after they run .
