DR nickle low riders have been good to me on several of my basses. Need to try out the DR Sunbeams one of these days.

Ive been using dunlop steels because i got a good deal on them.
Im going to be changing back to DR hi beams next.
They are fantastic and work thru body on 35".

I used to live in Detroit, that's where I saw my first Lakland. That city has a great music scene and some great people. But you couldn't pay me enough to live there again. I have to go to Saudi Arabia next month and be out before Ramadan starts, I'd rather go there than Detroit.

I've been hitting music stores while I've been there so I can get in my practice time, but I've been sorely disappointed. My travel hasn't managed to coordinate well with concerts and shows, so I haven't gotten to get out and see any live music - not even local live music.
