Lakland Owners Group #57

I'm a new owner of a 2011 55-02 Deluxe and am waiting for my first date, lol. Never played one but have had many Peavey Millenniums, and all the Peavey guys refer them to the Lakies. I read Invalid Link Removed several times, and have always considered a Lakie. After many years, I got tired of the mid-sweep on the Milly and how difficult it is to dial in a room. So I decided to sell em all and start with a new brand.
I'd like a LOG# and to ask a question...
How does the LH3 and Lakland pickups compare to the Bartolini stuff they used just a few years ago??
Thanks in advance... Larry :D

awesome Larry!

that is a sweet bass......the LH3 /Hanson is brighter than the barts...

PM me if you want a LOG number!

also - check out: Link Removed for more fun!

welcome aboard!

I predict more lakies!:smug:

Close but that's not mine. My 60-11 is surf green with matching headstock and tort guard. Should be done in a couple of weeks. When I ordered mine Leo said there was a sonic blue one already under way. At that time it was available for purchase. It was not ordered by a customer.

So NOT yours?

Make sure to do a full review

I predict it will be sold by the end of NAMM

After a lot of problems with Fedex, finally the new burst Glaub arrived. It's a great player, at 8 lbs it's a bit lighter than my white one (ash). Keeping flats on the white one and rounds on the new one. I just love theese basses.. :hyper:
Also, thanks to Basscentral for such a smooth purchase, great service.

Totally awesome pair.....picture makes me want a white P!
