As Markus said, we are working on an overhaul. In terms of where to posta topic, don't overthink it. When in doubt, put it in Equipment Discussions. We won't beat you up if it fits better in another forum.:)

I would think larger shells would look more proportional in the larger bodied basses for sure.
I have never seen any HB's sporting the skinny single coil shells, are there any out there? Prob not.
But I bet 3 single coils in the skinny single shells stacked up in a US Hollowbody would be super baaaaaad looking! :D

I meant singles in single cases and humbuckers in large cases just would be the industry tradition ( norm ) ...but then again, who needs tradition :D lol
And "Normal" is over rated. :eyebrow:

Glad you sold it instead of a refin! I am sure another will show up for you.....if you want it that is ...

Well.......a rehab is in the works.....mostly done....just need some final tweaks.

Also....all you have to do to start a thread is click the button on the top that says "new thread"

I'm having a couple of basses painted.

My 5501 and my JO5.
My 5501 I've already decided the color.
My JO5 is undecided.

Here's what it looks like today:

I'm thinking about Fender Shell Pink or Ritter White

Any ideas or suggestions?
