Saw the talk about amp and cab choices.
Personally ( imo)
Mesa!
I am in love with Mesa stuff.
Tried so many other brands and this by far is my all time favorite.
This is the current set up.

Impressive Dan ole Buddy!

Idk...they offer j retro as option and I like the option of passive/active. I played so many jazz basses and laklands with mods/stock setups....it was real hard to tell difference in sounds....the stock lakland JO pickups are nothing special at all really...and the last owner felt the same way cause he swapped them out too...btw it was factory plek'd and that's a big difference in playability with low action. ...if I get bored ill switch out to stock...but for 1800...I couldn't pass it up....mint condition

Great price! I had a j retro in my DJ and thought it was a good compliment to the sound.....

Enjoy it man!

I would love to hear this rig at gig volume! So sweet man!

I would too!
Sadly not in a band, so I can only say it will blow objects off the neighbors walls 3 houses down the road...hahaha!! :)

No, seriously......My son did tell me he and his friend could clearly hear me in the neighbors basement ( 250 yards away ) while I was jamming in my house one afternoon.

I would check your seams in your drywall... That's fantastic!
