I already have a split-P Glaub/Dunn (1.625" nut with blocks and no binding) and a single-coil one (Dunn with Dark Star). But I still want the different flavor of the "traditional" single-coil P pickup. I dig the two-tone finish on the '51 style as well, but I think a lot of colors look good on that! 'Twill be a tough decision when the time comes. But what a nice problem to have.

The Lakland take on the old school SCPB pickup is fantastic! Power, punch and a nice range of mid to top tone! No humbuzz on mine but its not a stack!

Spare Parts is coming together, slowly



All of the remaining control cavity bits and screws are arriving tomorrow. Just need a soapbar pickup and some strings and I can tune her up!

Though I could do this and put a standard 5J on the neck....
