I hadn't actually kept up with this thread, I was avoiding the snarky retorts, but decided to read through while I finished watching the Vikings series finalé.

I feel like if your show is boring enough that people are scrutinizing your headstock to see if something’s clipped on, you have a more important problem to solve
They were playing 'Fire on the Mountain' when I tuned in, so you decide.

Seems a bid vain to even worry about this. It's the music that matters.
Yeah, no one reacted when Hendrix set his guitar on fire, because it was the Music that mattered.

If I was performing on the televi-zee-own I would not want that on my instrument.
Are you a fan of The King of Queens?

Well, at least I'm not the only one distracted by it. To me it's like a ballerina came out in a completely white cotton tutu & there's this large black speck on it. It distracts the viewer from the performance.
I've already wasted too much of my mind on this discussion, & a mind is a terrible thing to taste:

It’s too bad you feel as is you’re wasting your time on this topic. You started the thread.

If you are of a mind to appreciate, his autobio is "fun".

I'll make mention, I once saw him on a bill at uni with Koko Taylor and Joe Jackson and also some jangly REM-ish band I can't recall the name of.

EDIT: I think it was Butch Vig's band, Spooner.
