The only Maple necked bass I own, my 2014 Am.Std Fender Precision.
My only maple now, man these are great basses and the body color is right too!

Not the best pics. But currently my favorite go to bass. Maple fretboard on maple neck.
Better pic, but before it got strung with D'Addario Chrome Flats, before it got it's custom truss rod cover, and before I swapped out for a wider strap. She's heavier than my Ibbys.
Just goes to show, lighting is everything.

I posted mine briefly, but since it's acrylic stabilized spalted maple with black dye added, I thought better of it...
LOVE the board on this bass. I've had a ton of maple fb's but this one looks great, the compound radius is perfect, and it just suits the bass perfectly. Ash/maple for life.
Thanks Scott, it sounds even better! Mike really nailed the tone I wanted, and it feels great like always.

Bought the 5 new at age 14, bought the 4 used at age 38. I think I have finally settled on a thing here:
I commend your choice of pick in addition to your choice of fingerboard
Yeah, those Gator Grips are great picks. I also like the green Tortex sharps and purple celluloid Dunlops.
