Let's spread some musical misinformation

...or maybe their string was under too much attention.
Actually, I think it was the guitarist from The Guess Who that wrote a song about his guitar string breaking during a performance. IIRC it's called "She's Come Undone".
That guitar player would be Johann Sebastian Bachman.

I think that was written by Burton Cumming. Of course, not his real name. He changed his last name to Cumming as part of a bet - that he could get Canadian DJs to say the slang term for ejaculation on air.

Doofus originated as a term for a horn player unable to play in Db, and later, just a horn player before just dumb people in general. It didn't ever get used for viola players, though, as it proved to be wholly inadequate to the task.

Why, oh why didn't these EU morons ban the kazoo.

Because it was implemented by the World Court, and it wasn't up to me... or EU.

To play blues, and especially to play Cream covers, you need to use a 5 string bass tuned BADGE.

You also need this bass if you want to play 'Bad Boys' by Inner Circle.
However, don't take it with you when you form up your posse. You won't need no stinking BADGEs.
